We can also handle all of your clients’ Auto Enrol Pension needs. As you are no doubt aware, these can be complex, and require constant attention in order to ensure that employees who must be auto enrolled are duly enrolled, and that others who are non-eligible or entitled are enrolled if they choose to be. Our system also ensures that employees who opt out of the pension scheme are automatically re-enrolled after three years in accordance with the law.
We can offer you the choice of three different solutions. Our PC Auto Enrolment Service is perfect for new businesses, while our PC Auto Enrolment transfer is for businesses who have staged but now wish to review and change their pension solution. We can also provide PC Assess & Plus for established businesses - a solution that includes assessment and pension provider file production, with additional Auto Enrolment administration and support.

Following the introduction of GDPR we have developed our PayCheck ePay Portal that provides a totally secure service for payroll submission and report uploads for you and your clients, and also has a user-friendly interface for employees to the web payslip site.
We also provide the P11d submission service. As you know, all employers must notify HMRC of any benefits and expenses provided to directors or employees during the previous tax year, and this has to be submitted by July 6th. These benefits include such things as company cars and fuel, medical insurance, accommodation, beneficial loans over £10,000, non-cash vouchers, and even gym membership, and must be submitted on the P11d form.
Submitting the P11d often requires a lot of work in a short space of time, and this can lead to incorrect submissions and late submissions, which in turn lead to penalties.
